Return and Refund Policy

We value the trust of our customers and have established a clear return policy aligned with best practices in the food ingredient industry.
1. Return Request Period
Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the delivery date via email to support@deimaninternational.com
Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Returns will be inspected by the returns and exchanges department. Once approved, you will be contacted with refund information. The refund may take 5 to 7 business days to be processed.
2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
- The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A copy of the purchase invoice must be provided.
- The packaging must be intact, without signs of opening, leakage, or damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
Important: Due to food safety standards, products with opened or tampered packaging will not be accepted for return, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

3. Definition of Manufacturing Defects
- Visible physical damage to the packaging.
- Leakages detected before opening the product.
Important: Dissatisfaction with the product's technical characteristics, such as aroma, flavor, color, or intensity, does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products;
- Products purchased on clearance or special promotions;
- Products returned without prior authorization from Deiman Great Lakes customer support.
5. How to Request a Return
Send an email to support@deimaninternational.com with:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
6. Refunds
After approval and receipt of the returned product, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or operational errors.
7. Return
If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the purchased item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All items must be in new and unused condition.
For food products, if you open only one unit for tasting and wish to return the remaining items, this will be accepted. However, the opened package cannot be returned, and the refund will be proportional if more than one unit has been opened.
8. Products Damaged During Transport
Send clear photos of the product, the internal packaging, and the external box within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Products damaged during transport will be refunded or reshipped at no additional cost.
If damage is visible at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and immediately contacting our support team.
9. Receipt of Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect item:
We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped.
Depending on the case, we may authorize the safe disposal of the incorrectly received item.
10. Products with Inadequate Shelf Life
All our products are shipped with an appropriate shelf life.
If you receive an expired product, we guarantee immediate replacement or refund.
11. Policy Updates
Deiman Great Lakes reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The applicable version will always be the one available on our website at the time of the return request.

- Before opening, check the expiration date and product specifications on the label.
- After opening, consume promptly according to good product handling practices.
