The Chocolate Flavored Coating is a high-performance dessert coating developed for use in fondue, chocolate fountains, frozen fruits, ice cream, paletas, and sorbets. It forms a thin, glossy layer with a smooth texture and fast-drying finish, adding both flavor and visual appeal to your creations.
This coating melts easily at 40°C and can be reheated as many times as needed using a bain-marie or microwave, not exceeding 50°C. It delivers a rich sweet chocolate and hazelnut flavor that enhances any dessert experience.
When used in chocolate fountains, it is recommended to pre-melt the coating for optimal consistency and performance.
